My recent increased score ( 0.86) has caused my urologist me to take me off Active Surveillance, while he was comfortable with the biopsy , PSMA PET scan and Johns Hopkins results pointing in the favorable direction. Which one should be weighted more? Decipher or the biopsy & PSMA PETSCAN ? Any comments?
