Combination therapy works great (Stone et al 2020)

Not sure if the experts in this group have seen the May 2020 article in which Stone et al find that combination therapy, external beam radiation plus brachytherapy plus ADT, gives excellent results for control of high risk prostate cancer (confined to the region in and around the prostate)

Biologically equivalent dosage of radiation >200 Gray is needed to get the most benefit. This is a high dosage of radiation! (For the tech people here, they assume an alpha/beta=2.0, instead of the 1.5 used by some. )

The study you refer to is from 2010, not 2020: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/196...

It was clearly dated as published March 23, 2020 if you click on his link. It gives 10-year FBF and CSS. Your link is from an earlier version that only gives 7-year FBF and CSS.
