Hello,

Could you tell me what are the expected PSA values after Salvage Radiotherapy (SRT), a certain fluctuation between 0,04 and 0,06 is normal after 7 months post-RT? Thanks!

No action required unless PSA reaches 0.2 or there are symptoms. Use a PSA test whose lowest value is 0.1

To my knowledge, a second recurrence after sRT is considered as occured at a PSA of 0.4. The only thing that you can do now is to look for any building up trend.
