When to start cialis

I'm one month into a 4-month Lupron shot. I'm waiting for an appt for HDR brachy with Dr. Hsu, then 5 weeks radiation in Reno. I'm still able to perform at weekly date night, with Viagra. My question is, how do I know when to start nightly low dose Cialis to prevent shrinkage?

Start the first day of radiation to help prevent damage to penile blood vessels.

Cialis also important to counteract the side effects of Lupron on penis health. But I would ask about any interaction with the brachy. So you're doing brachy AND external beam radiation?

Yes, brachy for the prostate, EBRT for the surrounding tissues.

I would give my left nut (now that it’s back) to have found this site sooner!!!

I was 6 months into ADT and long past EBRT before I started learning all this useful shit that the Dr won’t share with you!!!! That is only after you drop a hint, a problem / side effect on their plate.... even then, its doubtful!!!! Mine hint was sitting in my Urologist office and pointing to the poster on the wall, the of the guy cut in half.... and my saying “I want to look like that again”!!! He knew exactly what I was talking about and sent me to Mens Health..... So, my answer to you is that 6 months into this was way too f#$&ing late! And playing catch-up, is a bitch!!!
