Is this reason for concern the onc sure seems to be . I have 4 mets from a previous rise far less than this recent rise in half the time. Xofigo was suggested I will see a prostate specialist Tues. To discuss the new game plan I am concerned chemo is a big commit to be have such a PSA uptick. Any have anything to add as other possible treatment plan or combinations with xofigo or something else .
