Given that older people (I'm 70) are more exposed to COVID, how would radiation and 2 years of Lupron and Casodex affect my autoimmunity, given few other chronic conditions?

Lupron/Radiation Treatment and Autoimmunity
There is a recent suggestion that ADT may actually be beneficial - go figure (Italian 'study' refers).
In terms of the immune system itself, EXPECT that it will be diminished (numerous factors are involved, but duration is one of the main ones) during ADT treatment.
Anemia is a common side effect. I suggest getting a complete blood panel (test) done every 3 months to monitor your condition.
Some types of supplements should help, but you won't be 100% when combined with ADT.
There are DEEP Immunity tonics, medicinal mushrooms and your basic daily dose of a multi-vitamin and mineral (high quality ONLY - no cheap stuff) and some herbals that I would suggest you consider (turmeric, ashwaganda, magnesium, zinc to name a few).
Do some reading / research on immunity boost to see what you will discover.
FYI - I did 'radiation (G9-T3B - N1) and ADT (16 months), so I am 'close' to what you might go through - I'm on an ADT holiday for now - original Dx was 3 years ago.
Good luck on your journey - May God bless ....
I was 71 when diagnosed. Lupron for 9 months and Radiation at same time. I stopped Lupron because of the medical effects. My Testoserone at time was 7. Docs wouldn't give me a break and cycle Lupron, so I stopped. Had full blood work from my primary and DEXA scan. No T leads to Osteoporosus and was effecting my other bloodmarkers. I had ostepenia as a result. My VIt D levels were dropping from high of 90 down to the low 50's even though I was taking 20K units a day. I am sure that the Lupron total negative effects were doing me major damage and making me vulnerable. Notwithstanding, my current PSA is <.1, the same as when I finished radiation 4 years ago. I have been supplementing with full array of mushrooms, herbals etc.
After radiation and Lupron for a year my lymphocytes (ALC) fell as low as 250, now recovered to 500. So I definitely would have a subdued immune response if I get CoV, but as mentioned above, ironically, ADT may be protective, so hope I don't get it.
