I am someone that has almost daily Sex, in the hope that I will get an erection. because I had Prostate cancer and had my OP 08.2019. since then I haven't been able to have an erection. But I'm trying daily. my question is, what happens with the sperm that's not coming out ? "Dry Orgasmus". Sometimes I feel like its all building up someplace down there. meaning I feel discomfort down there after the Orgasmus. like Its not going away or am I just doing to much ?

Semen (the fluid that carries sperm) is created by the prostate and seminal vesicles. You had both surgically removed, so you do not produce any semen now. A tiny amount of fluid ("pre-cum") may continue to be produced by the Cowper's Gland. Sperm is produced by the testicles in microscopic amounts, but without semen, your swimmers are trapped there and are reabsorbed.
Yeah, I've tried Viagra and Cialis. Until now, nothing worked. And I hate shots !! I haven't tried the pump yet. I guess that is the next thing that I will try .... Not sure yet
I'm lucky to have some response with Viagra, it favries, and I supplement it with L-Arginine taken a whlte before, which seems to make it a bit more effective. I don't like the pump, but it could help--and if your insurance won't cover one there are some pretty inexpensive ones on line (don't ask me which now, it's too long ago that I got mine) that work just as well as the expensive ones. I find a lose elastic thing (I use one of those hair band things, a larger size) wrapped around my dick and balls twice and then around my dick) also helps maintain an erection, a friend of mine showed me how to do it. Fool around! have fun! Good luck!
Thanks for the luck wish !! That sounds very interesting what you wrote about the tieing of the band. Are there any websites that could explain that further since I guess that is the next thing that I will try
Never looked for a website, just did this in imitation of someone else I went to bed with. But there are all kinds of cock rings and other things out there that do the same or similar things. This is just one of those elasticized head band cord-like things you can find in the drugstore in the (women's) hair section, it's 16 inches around. I loop it around everything twice (i.e. cock and balls) and then around the base of my penis once. I've found that the band loses a little bit of its elasticity after a while, so you need a new one every so often, so buy a whole package (they're really inexpensive, a few dollars). Who knows, maybe it's psychological? maybe it really does help the blood that flows into the penis stay there resulting in somewhat more hardness (that's sure what it feels like).
I was diagnosed with BPH and ED during my early 50's. ED treatment with Viagra and Cialis were successful ONLY with the addition of a "cock ring" around the base of the penis or "strap" surrounding the genitals to restrict back-flow of blood needed for the erection. At 58 years old, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and opted for surgery; part of my post-op treatment consisted of Viagra and Cialis to help maintain blood-flow and promote healing to the tissue traumatized by the robotic surgery. Fortunately, my VA medical coverage provided an inexpensive urethral suppository for ED called MUSE, a vasodilator (very expensive in open Rx market) which I discovered gave me erections to rival those of my youth... when using the "cock ring" and following the medication instructions correctly. I am now 69 years old and a recent national shortage of the MUSE Rx forced me to use the EDEX vasodilator injection, which also works well for me... with the addition of the "cock ring" to restrict back-flow of blood. Over the years since the surgery, I have progressed to the point of having erections without ED medication on occasion, allowing self-pleasuring... and I must thank my surgeon for "sparing" tissue, muscle and nerves during the "robotic" surgery which resulted in minimal concerns about incontinence. My Prostate Specific Ag, Serum has slowly risen during the 10 years since surgery to 0.4 and my urologist is monitoring the elevation. This journey has been a life changing event I would not wish on any man... I hope my sharing will give "HOPE" and "INSIGHT" where needed.
Hi. First you don’t have to worry about semen. as TallAllen says, you don’t make any more. Your erections may come back over time. You should ask your surgeon whether he did nerve sparing. You had your prostate removed. Right next to the prostate are two bundles of nerves (left and right). The extent to which these were damaged during surgery determines you future erection capability. If spared, they can take two years to kick in again. If cut out, then you will be permanently unable to achieve a natural erection. You would need to use injections (Trimax) or a penile implant you get an erection. Your young and sexually active. That puts you in the good space for recovery but it takes time. Best of luck
Thanks for the info. Yes they were able to 75% of my nerves. Meaning the left side was 100% saved and the right side they cut 25%. I have been informed that I could take up to 2 years but I'v also been told that after 1 year it gets more and more difficult. Thats why I'm a little worried. Because I LOVED SEX
Thank you for your comments and opinion. But you seem to have missed my inquiry and you sound a little bitter. I hope and wish you sincerely good health in these days of craziness.
I don't think I missed your inquiry and, no, I am not "bitter." Not sure where you picked that. I just wondered why you cared about what "happens" to sperm when it's not ejaculated. I answered that, but it certainly is not something that you need to obsess over. Best wishes on your recovery.
Trimix is a miracle and if you want a boner give it a try. I love sex and it has been the way for me. Also I have a boner Doctor that says it helps in case the nerves decide to make a comeback but only up to two years out or so. After that time period your nerves usually do not come back.
Also had surgery 8/2019. I have had orgasms all along...and now have half hard erections (daily penis pump or masturbation exercises per a Univ. of MN study for post-op prostate patients have helped)...or full erection for 3 hrs with bi or tri mix injections. Sperm from testes are just readsorbed by body...since there is no longer fluid produced by prostate to carry them along as ejaculate. I still have limited precum with manual stimulation...but nothing like I had pre-surgery.
