Sounds interesting and promising but article hasn't been updated since 2015. Surprised Tall_Allen has commented. I don't think monitoring would change much between using a threshold of .003 and .02 though. If you were below .003 would you never get PSA checked again? Not likely. Would you start treatment any earlier above .003? Also, not likely. Just my opinion.
