77 now Diagnosed June 2017,GL 7, RARP July 2017, All nerves removed during RP. Implanted April 2018. Still leaking some. PSA .05 Jan 2018, then .08 Oct 2018, Watching the rise.

Going to watch rise closely . Tired of SEs. Not doing ADT if at all possible. I am a very physical outdoor type guy. If I cant do that, may as well throw in the towel.

IS that a rise? Those numbers may be within the range of the test's error margin not alarming. Talk to the director of the lab. They should be able to tell you precisely what are the "confidence limits" of the test. Your physician might know, though I find that they often just rely on the lab's value and do not have/take the time to delve a little deeper. I say this as a semi-retired medical guy myself. We do cut corners.
