I am 71yrs old got advance prostrate cancer been on Zytiga for 2yrs 2months my psa was 550 got it down to1.3 has now risen to 14.50 awaiting consultant to address next treatment I am very worried would like to know if anyone is in this position or has been what is the next step thanks

Ron,

Welcome to our group.  I am sorry to hear about the Zytiga failure.  You should arrange to see your consultant ASAP as you don't want your PSA any higher than need be.  The PSA reflects the overall cancer growth, so slow it down and control it.

Next treatments can include enzaludamide or chemotherapy with docetaxel.
