7 weeks pregnant had a previous mc 2 years ago. thinking positive but lack of sleep is draining me and depressing me.

I'm experiencing the same, I cannt sleep well through night but sleep better in daytime! Guess its when your body going through changes as your 7 wks now.

I felt like this a few weeks back. Didn't even wanna get out if bed! It'll pass sweetie, just get up, out and be as active as you can! :)

Thanks Ladies, just feeling really crap.

i just wanna know if everythings ok. going swimming tomorrow. hopefully that will make me sleep.

i am only getting 3/4 hours sleep :(

even though i am not worrying as much its still affecting me. x

Sea-bands really helped me - you can get them at boots, they are primarily designed to cut motion or sea-sickness, but helps really well with nausea and for me they even lifted my mood and made me feel more active !
