Feeling crampy

Hi all am new on this board. Just wanted to see if anyone here had had a similar experience. I’m 9+5 weeks pregnant with twins and am feeling really crampy today - not strong cramps but they’ve been happening all day and it’s worrying me a bit. Is this normal?

Could it maybe be round ligament pain? I had some pains for a couple of days last week which eased off xxx

I hope so. It worries you doesn’t it? How you feeling - have the meds helped any? Xx

It does. I was really scared. I actually had to use a hot water bottle as they were quite strong at times but they did only last a few days and haven't had it since.

Haven't helped so far, I was sick not long ago. Hopefully after taking them for a few days they'll build up in my system and start making a difference 🤞 Xxx

It is! Hope your pain eases off soon, don't be afraid to have a warm bath and use a hot water bottle just to ease it if you need to. I kept my water bottle at the sides of my stomach and back and only held it on the front when it had cooled down, it did help ease it xxx

I've had that cramping all the way through. Could do with stretching pains not feeling like cramps and being a pain in the elbow or something so you don't worry!

Hi Emma not sure I follow you re elbow pains- helpful to know you’ve had pains all through and it’s nothing to worry about though xx

Sorry probably not making sense. It's annoying that all the stretching etc feels exactly like af coming and it would be nice if they were in a completely random place like an elbow to help ease any anxiety over them.

I had cramping all through out my first trimester. When I was anxious about it I spoken to my gp who reassured me it was okay to have cramps and was just everything internally stretching x
