Perhaps your body is getting used to the pregnancy and so the symptoms are quietening down. Why don't you speak to your midwife for advice and reassurance? Thats what midwives are there for. I don't think it necessarily means anything bad though so try not to worry x

Hi, I am also 7 weeks. My symptons have settled loads too which also made me worry! I did a test this morning just to make sure and deffo still pregnant. I think it is just your body getting used to it. xx
