Woo! I finally got morning sickness at the end of week 6 ... Now I'm ready for it to go away again 😂 it's nearly 4 pm and I've managed to get from the bed to the sofa. I've had a whole bag of chicken nuggets too!!

Hahaha you want to get it so you feel you're definitely really pregnant but then you do get it and it's the pits. Hope yours improves and doesn't last too long xxx

I would recommend probiotics for these morning sickness. These are healthy bacteria that help to balance gut flora and support digestion. They also fight off other bad bacteria that can lead to conditions like UTIs. probiotics are highly recommended to be taken during pregnancy. Good sources are yogurts, kefir, fermented milk or kombucha but probiotic supplements are also available which would be great to relief you from nausea or any other unpleasant condition you might be having. I would recommend Flourish Probiotics by Eu Natural. You may have a look into it and read more. To briefly summarize, it is a natural supplement made from healthy bacteria that supports gut, urinary tract and digestive health.

Good luck
