I am thinking of going to a&e as I have been experiencing pain in my stomach (same as I had in my 2nd pregnancy which resulted in a threatened miscarriage. I don't know if I should do it or not.

With my 2nd pregnancy I had negative home tests till I was 11 weeks. I'm having the same now and need to find out. How can I do it?
The early pregnancy unit in my area won't see u n till. Have a positive test. Why don't you get a blood test from the doc or pay for a private scan?
Yes you can go to Accident and emergency where you will be seen. You dont say how many weeks you are? , you need to exaggerate the pain only then will you be scanned. If there is no bleeding and you go to Accident and emergency dept and tell them moderate pain, then they will refer you back to your Doctor. The other option already mentioned is to go privately, there is a lot of clinics in london that will see you straight away. I have heard of that as well some ladies using the HCG Home tests and getting a negative result when they are positive. Good luck.
@Skyblueboston I have requested a blood test from my docs who is saying it would not be worth it and I have tried looking into a private scan. They say you need a positive result too.
@Amirasofia71 I went into the a&e department whom didn't even look into an issue I had with my hand and didnt bother to acknowledge the fact I could be pregnant. I am just gonna demand my gp sends me for a scan or blood test. But anyway thanks for your help guys. Much appreciated.
Surely A&E is for emergencies! Much better to go to your GP, otherwise you'll be taking up a lot of time in A&E where there are very very sick people. good luck.
@LunaD I was only thinking of a&e due to the pain I had in my stomach. I had the same with my 2nd pregnancy which resulted in a threatened miscarriage. I only went to a&e last night as I have issues with my right hand. I informed them I could be pregnant But like I said I'm gonna visit my gp today and demand an urgent blood test or scan for stated reasons. Thank you for your response though.
