Its happened to me twice now. I have pain in my back like bad trapped wind and have heartburn too. I thought at first it was because i ate spicy food. Yesterday I didnt and i'm now awake in same pain. Any advice on how to relieve this uncomfortable feeling?

Also been hardly sleeping. And when i do i am having the weirdest of dreams. I am 11 weeks pregnant now.

Unfortunately that's all part of pregnancy , you can take gaviscon for heart burn but the weird dreams they just happen.. I still get them .

Tell me about it...I have weired dreams too and get uncomfortable feeling too. What makes it worse is that I can't stop going to the toilet to pee and when I do pee it runs like a tap non stop.
