12 week scan

hi guys im due to have myt 12 week scan could someo9ne tell me roughly how much fluid i gotta drink?

Hi there. I drank way too much at mine . I had to go and half empty my bladder before she could carry on. I was told that half a pint should be enough , this was ok for my re scan at 12 weeks. I hope it all goes well for you. It's brilliant seeing the little mini thing for real , for the first time . X

Wen I went for mine they gave me a pint to drink 1 hour before. But it was a waste of time, my womb tilts backwards so I had to have a wee and let them do an internal scan, which is more accurate x x

I had mine at 8.30 in the morning and was still in the feeling rough stage so was getting up early to aloow myself sick time. I drank about a pint when I got up, but none of it made it into my bladder by the time we got there. I have to go down to the canteen, drink a massive tea and a bottle of water and come back an hour later. If in doubt drink loads - you can always get rid of some like Hbaby1 :o)
