Neighbours smoking weed :(

Hi all, my neighbours downstairs are smoking weed , and its constantly stinking our living room out several times a week :s , is secondary smoke from weed bad for you while pregnant? Does anyone have any advice? thanks x r x

Hi, we have the exact same problem with our next door neighbours :-(. It started back last year, so at the time I expressed my concerns in an email to our local community police reps. They asked me to keep a record and update them so they could gather enough evidence for a raid warrant. They tried talking to the landlords first, to no effect. So we're now a year along and it's still happening:-(. I think next time I will just dial 101 and report it, if they're not busy they'll come out. If your neighbours are mixing it with tobacco to smoke it, then yes it's bad. Let us know how u get on xx

Hi all :)we have called the police , told our landlord , and nothing has changed :s , landlord keeps saying hes forgotten to speak to them, and the police came but nothing has seemed to have happened , we will try the police once more, then if nothing changes then we will try this 101 thing xx thanks for the advice

We've had the same problem in the past. My neighbours and I called 101 every time we smelled the weed in our flats. This happened on an almost daily basis, but it's the only way to tackle this problem. Eventually, they were evicted - but it was a long process. There is no reason why you should live with this - they're infringing on your rights to relax in and enjoy your home.
