nausea!!!!!!!!!!! any suggestions how to help?????

Hi im 27 weeks nearly , and have just started experiencing the tiredness again / feelings of nausea, I remember the early pregnancy tiredness/ sickness well. Unfortunately if your working, and havent told anyone yet, it can be difficult to get rest , but if you can try to get a nap in there somewhere at least once a day
, also try to go to bed a bit earlier if you can
It may help if you make sure that your eating lots of fruit , fresh foods , and veg like avacado, also drink plenty of water
Also with the sickness , try eating ginger biscuits or crackers and take it easy with the eating in the morning if its especially bad , maybe just start off with the biscuits , then if your not being sick, you can start building up to slightly more filling foods, morning sickness for me used to be awful , most days I was sick 10 times a day :s , it ended for me at around about 4 1/2 months , but everyones different
Good luck with everything
hope this helps x

The only thing that stopped my nausea was gaviscon. Drink loads of water and I mean loads. Dehydration can give you that hungover morning sickness feeling. Biscuits were people's advice to me but I soon went off them and they didn't work. Everyone is different so good luck
Ive been wearing motion sickness wrist bands and im finding them amazing!
got one on each wrist, u can sleep with them on and they are machine washable!
i was confined to my bathroom for over a week, but since ive got these ive felt much better.
i also found drinking water and flat lemonade made me feel better, and eating food in small doses as it was impossible to eat whole meals.
i know its the worst feeling, but luckily it wont last forever, good luck!
Hi mms87,
We've got some tips for easing nausea in pregnancy on our website at nct.org.uk/pregnancy/nausea...
Have a read - hope it helps and that you have a bit more energy back soon!

The only thing that worked for me was ginger. Ginger herbal tea, ginger ale (although I got a diet version so I wasn't overloading on sugar) or ginger nut biscuits. Any of those would work fine and I didn't need a lot. Hope that helps x
For me, I found ice pops/lollies very soothing and also fresh fruit which gave me a bit of a boost as well and packed full of vitamins. I bought the freshly prepared cut fruit from the supermarket so didn't need to faff on cutting it up myself!
Good luck x
ladies thankyou all for your input i will def be putting some of your tips to test

I drank loads of milk during my first trimester and carried biscuits everywhere with me. People told me ginger biscuits were the best but I found any biscuits were fine for me. I now have bourbon biscuits sat on my headboard so if i start to feel queasy during the night I can have a munch.
