I told them straight away, but I was just a normal member of staff, they are leaving me in charge and I'm ment 2 move in soon! X

Well im supervisor at work and boss is also my landlord, but I told him first time round. Im glad I did cos when I miscarried he was alot more understanding. Ive told him straigjt away this time again, and luckily hes let me cut my hours down so I can rest a bit more. He cant really say anything, and if he does then hes breaking the law. Dont stress, just be honest :) xx

Normally I'd advise waiting until after your scan, but that works best when working for a larger business where you'd rather not have everyone know, particularly in case something goes wrong.

For a small business and your particular circumstances, I'd kinda agree with Suzy890, upfront honesty will probably work best.

Did they respond in a supportive way last time? Your position may have changed, but surely if they were supportive last time, they'll be supportive this time.

Having said all of that, I'm sure that if you decide to wait until your first scan, and given your circumstances, I'm sure your boss will understand your being reluctant to say anything until you knew everything was on track and past the high risk stage.
