Period or implantation bleeding

Sorry about the picture 🤢 but is this implantation bleeding or a regular period? The bleeding started the exact day I was expecting my period but it’s darker than normal?? I’ve also had seriously bad cramping. It happened on day 28 of cycle

When you are having that did you saw some red or only brown?

This particular period it was only brown which is why I was worried but I’ve had two normal periods since then

May i know if u are using Birth control pills? because it happens to me, just black and brown and it last for 2 days only.
