I had intercourse on January 1, 4 and 7, which were supposed to be my fertile days. My period came on January 20 and ended on the 24th, I had sex again on the 26th. On the 27th I felt super dizzy and had a headache, on the 28th in the morning when I went to pee I noticed that I had spotting (pink) and later I started to have cramps and I have not been able to get rid of them. January 29th at night I did 3 tests and all 3 came back positive, but I still have cramps and suddenly when I wipe I still have spotting. I don't want to get my hopes up haha. I already have a baby and never experienced anything like this before, I just didn't get my period and that's it. Tuesday January 30 in the morning the bleeding stopped, and in the middle of the day I had a strong cramp and started bleeding, I have had cramps and a little more bleeding (still pink and less than my period), I went to the emergency room and they told me they did not know, nothing was seen in the ultrasound, my hormone level is 45 and that's it. They told me it's either too early or I'm having an incomplete miscarriage. On Sunday February 4, I stopped bleeding, my breasts started to hurt and I have discomfort (it's bearable) in my belly. I have an appointment with my gynecologist until Feb 13. I am going crazy😭
