it does sound like how mine started but my waters also ‘popped’ the next day so I’m not sure defo phone your midwife and ask for their advice but hopefully not long now 🤗 xx

You can lose your plug weeks before labour starts so that doesn’t mean you’re going into active labour.

I do remember contractions with my first were in my lower back and they felt like intense period pains, my waters broke the same day though so it was obvious.

It could be the start of labour though, my sister was in labour for a few days because she just had mild contractions until things got going.

Are you timing the pains at all? Active is labour is when they’re closer together and regular.

Good luck. X

It sounds like how my last labour started. I lost my plug around 5 days before I had her. By the time I went into noticeable labour I was already 9 cm dilated. My waters didn't break until 10 minutes before she was delivered. Good luck x
