Post-Covid fever early pregnancy

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and have had a fluctuating temperature for the past 5 weeks since having Covid. My temperature is often around the 37.7C mark but spikes at 38.5C for a short time before reducing again.

I've had blood tests to check my own health but am concerned about the development of the growing baby.

Curious if anyone else has been in this position please who can advise/give reassurance?
