I am 13 weeks pregnant. Had my scan yesterday and baby is doing well 
so luckily not worried about baby however for the past 3 days I have had a really sharp pain in the middle of my back near my spine. It’s like a cramp and a shooting pain at the same time. I can only sit in certain postures but it’s really uncomfortable. Spoke to midwife and docs and not really been given any advice tbh. Wondering if anyone else has ever experienced anything like this?
