Just reached my second trimester!! I’m so excited ! What could I start to plan in this trimester ? Is there things I should be aware of?

Just a general question , I know we are all different but as a first time mom, I would like to hear your thoughts or ideas thank you

Congratulations! Enjoy it. It's the best trimester. I did some yoga, met with people, walked a lot, went on holiday, ate all the foods I couldn't before. Third trimester will likely be uncomfortable so try to make the most of energy boost you'll likely to get soon.You may get heartburn and muscle aches. For the first one if nothing helps, go to your GP. I suffered without seeking help and now I know I should have gone to my GP. For muscle aches I found fitness ball very helpful.

Oh and if you struggle with sleep, get a pregnancy pillow. I didn't spend a lot on mine, but it helped so much.

Oh brilliant thanks , I will definitely invest in buying a pillow haha and will definitely look into yoga xx

Congratulations but my pregnancy is a little different in the second trimester I faced a lot of problems, there was blood in my urine. And could not even walk properly. Can't sleep well either. So I didn't go anywhere but lay on the bed and went for a walk after dinner. But I hope you didn't face any problem. Now I am entering the third trimester and my routine remains the same. This is my first pregnancy and I am a little nervous. Best wishes for your pregnancy.

Hi dear , oh no first of all congratulations to you aswell . I hope things start to get a bit better for you , I entered my second trimester Saturday. So early stages at the moment but yes I will definitely carry on exercising . Hope your last stages start to ease off and do some yoga to relax your mind . You’ve got it this
