I work for a start-up that focuses on hydro rehabilitation, and my colleague and I have pushed for the introduction of aquatic exercises for pregnant or post-pregnancy individuals. Because some of us went through pregnancy ourselves, we really want to build a product that mums-to-be would love!!
so what is your experience with pool exercises during or post-pregnancy?
