Has Anyone Been Told They'll Only Get One Egg But More Were Collected After Different Treatment? ICSI IVF

Hi,

We've done two cycles of ICSI.

First Cycle of icsi i was on Gonal F 450. We had 1 good size Follicle and 1 very small Follicle, 1 mature egg and 1 immature egg were collected. Neither unfortunately fertilised.

Second Cycle I was on Menopur 450. We had 4 good sized Follicles. But 1 mature egg and 1 immature egg were collected again. Mature egg fertilised but unfortunately was a BFN.

We're going for a Third Cycle in October. I've been told I will only ever get 1 Mature egg as I have too low of an egg reserve. My AMH level was 2.0 about a year ago.

Has anyone else been through something similar? Where only one mature egg was collected on a couple of cycles, they were told that's all they'll ever be able to get. But then with different treatment managed to produce more eggs?

I'm talking to our dr tomorrow and am just wanting to know if there's anything else I can ask the dr if we can try.
