Am I pregnant

So I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on Sunday last week. And I got an after pill the next morning. Plus it was the last day of my ovulation. My period was meant to come this Sunday but I was late. Yesterday was Monday and I got really bad cramps and light bleeding and that was it, nothing else but the cramps is still there. Not like my usual period. I have been cramping since Thursday, my boobs are also tender and sore. Is it implantation spotting or pregnant? Please help I am in complete panic mood.

All you can do is take a pregnancy test. No one on here will be able to tell you from your symptoms alone if you're pregnant.

Hi, you can only tell by taking a test, I’m sorry you are in this stressful situation!

It sounds like your contraception methods are not convenient or reliable enough and it might be a good idea to speak to a doctor about a coil or other long-term contraceptive methods that will prevent this sort of anxiety in the future.

It was a massive relief for me to have a coil when I was not trying to get pregnant but was in a long-term relationship, because it was hormone-free, reliable and always there. But there are other great options too.
