High Ferritin in pregnancy after Ferinject infusion

Hello,

I was given a Ferinject infusion on 07/06/2021 due to my Ferritin being quite low (20) and I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant. After going to A&E last Tuesday (so three weeks later) I was told that my Ferritin jumped up to 415 but I haven't been offered any follow up from the hospital not from my gp. Anyone else had the Ferritin level jumping so high after an iron infusion? I'm very worried and my gp hasn't been much of help so far...
