Implantation bleeding, no period, negative test

Went off birth control almost 6 months ago. Last period started March 6th, I was due to start my period April 9th but instead only had extremely light spotting (light pink) for 3 or 4 days but never started period. Have never missed a period before unless I was pregnant. Almost time for my next period but showing no signs of PMS. Sore breasts, belly looks round, nauseous, watery discharge, low cramping is stomach, etc. ... still getting negative urine tests???

You may need to ask your GP for a HCG blood test. Having said that, I had implantation bleeding in pregnancies before and it never lasted more than a day. I’m not sure if it’s meant to last as long as you describe.

Fingers crossed it’s happy news for you however! I have heard of pregnant women not getting a positive test for many weeks after a missed period before, although it is rare.

False positives are common but false negatives are rare, the home pregnancy tests are pretty accurate. Sorry you probably aren't pregnant, sounds like just a hormonal blip
