Teething and vomiting

Hi everyone,

My daughter is nearly 5 months old, and she's started teething from around 3 - 4 months. I was wondering if anyone knows if teething can cause vomiting? Her cheeks are red and she's biting on her hands and teethers.

She doesn't seem unsettled as such, but she is throwing up milk a lot.
