I gave birth 15 weeks ago and had unprotected sex for the first time since, on Christmas Eve and Christmas day. On the 30th and 31st December I've had blood tinged mucus and stomach cramps. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm overthinking and worrying that I'm pregnant again or having a miscarriage (although my sound mind is telling me it's far too early for me to know and have symptoms of either!!) but could it just be because it's the first time having sex postpartum?

It could be some bleeding after sex you are still recovering but it could also be because your pregnant. Speak to your doctor on Monday if you can.
