I gave birth 16 weeks ago and for the past 4 weeks my hair has been falling out like crazy. My hair is very thick so it’s not noticeable at all but I’m getting fed up of it all over my clothes when I go out and I’m just finding it everywhere!
My hair never fell out this much with my first son and I tend to now always tie or braid my hair into loose styles to avoid it but I just wondered if anyone had any tips or tricks to help?
Thanks!

I don't have any advice but just wanted to send a sympathetic virtual hug! I remember being quite shocked when mine started falling out, massive clumps of it in the shower, I thought something was wrong. It won't last forever but I feel your pain. I clogged my hoover a lot, still do, but not as much! X
Yes I know what you mean I've had it really bad 3 times one was after loosing a baby it was down the plug hole blocking sinks and everywhere I even had bald patches at the front it's not nice partner wasn't supportive about it either at the time can't wait to see what he's like when he goes bald lol
