Sleeping and ttc

I’m 9dpo and my sleep is awful I’m so tired all the time it’ll take me hours to fall to sleep and then I’ll have vivid dreams most nights and then wake up at stupid o’clock in the morning and then it’ll take me another couple or hours to fall to sleep again does anyone else have this and what can I do

That’s a side effect of your menstural cycle and the rise and fall in hormones, it’s natural unfortunately and there’s not a lot you can do xx

You could try doing 5-10 meditation before bed, it might take a week or two but might then help you turn off your mind when trying to sleep . X
