Is it possible to be showing very early? Second pregnancy. Previous miscarriage around 5-6 weeks.

I’ve read online that you can show more on your second pregnancy (presume the articles mean for those who have delivered a full term baby). I’m showing so early this time. It might just be bloating but I’m wondering if it was my previous miscarriage? I’m struggling to hide it and I’m only 6 weeks (maybe it’s twins!) x

I think it means if you’ve had a full term baby. I had a miscarriage 1st time and second time I didn’t start showing until 17 weeks and that was only noticeable by people who knew. I was very bloated early pregnancy so may be that x

The reason they say that about second time pregnancies is because everything has already been stretched out the first time around so it pops out a lot easier.

Like you I’d had a previous mc at 6 weeks and am now pregnant again. I did get bloating in my first trimester which settled towards the 12 week mark. I think it’s all the hormones! I didn’t really start showing until about 14/15 weeks onwards but everyone is different xx

I had 2 miscarriages prior to my little girl, I think it generally refers to full term pregnancies but I did have a tiny bump very early x
