lower back pain during early pregnancy is it normal?

im only 1 week pregnant my be 2 weeks i have severe back pain is it normal ?

I replied to your mail but also I forgot to say, in the early weeks of pregnancy my back was achy plus period type pains. Servers pain needs to be checked out.

If your having back pain this early in pregnancy, its likley to be also from another cause.

Do you have an active job / lifestyle?

Its just that it does seem extermely early & if its very painful "as you describe" its definetely good to check it out by getting a medical opinion.

thank u it nor really severe but i dont feel confortable at all i feel somthing tight inside i was working as a cabin crew for more than 6 year mybe this is the cause i dont know

I had lower back pain when I was about 7 weekspregnant so bad that I couldn't sleep during the night I was in agony, spoke to the doctor about it and she said that it is probably my bones softening starting to get ready for baby ( or babies as it turned out ) best to get it checked out though. But mine dissapeared completely after a week or so. Take care and congratulations xx

I'm only 12 weeks, and I have achy hips and lower back but nothing severe. As the ladies say might be worth getting it checked out sweetie xx

Pregnancy back pain can be terrible and affect your routine. at 1 week I will suggest you don't panic at all. That is if the pain is mild and it's not serious.

If pain worsens, it is a wise idea to see a doctor. Or you can read multiple ideas online that will help. Here's one that may be helpful
