Hi, my son has one tooth that had come through at the bottom and I noticed on his top gum that he has an ulcer looking thing. It looks different to how it looks when a tooth is coming through and also it’s not one of the top middle 2 teeth that normally come through it’s the one next to it (“the fang tooth”)

It doesn’t look right to me has anyone seen anything like this before?

Yes the one on the bottom has come through x

It looks like an ulcer where the lower one has rubbed the gum on the top xx
