It's quite normal for them to bring up a little milk after a feed, bottle feeding means that they can drink a lot of milk very quickly too. Have you looked at maybe pace feeding? It slows feeding down so that it is not so easy to gulp down the milk too quickly and is more how they would drink on the breast and baby can stop when they are full as they have time to realise they're full. If you've already tried all this then. If the anti reflux stuff is for the age group of your baby I wouldn't think you'd need to ok it with the health visitor but maybe they might have other suggestions about what to try first to make sure it is reflux. Best of luck 😊

I have try everything, pace feeding, sitting her up for a couple of minutes while pace feeding .she get her wind up, then I sit her up for 30 minutes before laying her down,or change her nappy... bit she seems to bring it back. Then an hour later she is hungry agian, and it not helping with her day naps cause she wont sleep. But also as a single mum I'm finding it hard to find time to sleep cause she wont sleep in the day.
