Does this look like implantation bleeding I've done test that have had faint lines had cramping with the bit of blood and its only there when I wipe sorry for the gruesome picture

I dont think any of us can tell from a picture, maybe wait a week and do another test?

Are you sure it's not just the end of your lochia bleeding from the birth of your baby? I bled quite heavily after my baby and also had a cut and a graze that bled for a while. I know it's only meant to lay about 6 weeks but I bled for longer and had blood after I'd been for a walk (I couldn't have even attempted sex at 7 weeks! 😊)
