Milk rash/ heat rash

Hi I was wondering if y’all have any helpful tips on what y’all use for under the babies neck rolls. My baby is getting pretty bad heat rashes under his folds. I’ve tried bathing him and cleaning it daily but it only looks like it might be getting worse.

I don't know if we're talking about the same thing here, but my baby often had skin problems underneath her arms because it's a warm, moist area. Dr. recommended gel talc, which I didn't know existed!!! I put it under her arms once a day after her bath and it's worked a treat xxx

I’m no expert but I applied a small amount of bethapan nappy cream to my son’s neck as he use to get the rashes often. Ofcourse, also keeping the area as clean as possible - we use to pat clean and dry then gentle dab (not rub) on some of the cream.
