Hey, when I went for my bloods, I had one nurse say my blood pressure was low and another say it was slightly low. They told me to not worry about it but I’m starting to get light headed/seeing floaters when standing up etc. Do I need to call the midwife? I’m still really sick/drained, I’m 9 weeks on Sat and I know it’s only a few more weeks till it should get better but I’m 6 weeks like this now...

It wouldn't hurt to speak to your midwife and get their advice.
Make sure you're looking after yourself with plenty to eat and drink and lots of rest, the first trimester is tough, your body is going through a lot of changes and at a really stressful time too xx
Hi JLLWM
Congratulations on your pregnancy! I’ve had low blood pressure all the way through my pregnancy (I’m now 33weeks). The midwife just said it doesn’t harm the baby and they worry a lot more about high blood pressure. But it does make you feel pretty rubbish. I have to make sure I drink plenty (at least 2L per day) and even then I can still feel light headed. Just take it easy moving from sitting to standing and also bending. If you’re out for a walk, I find taking a drink with me helps if I have any episodes feeling dizzy.
Hope you feel ok but if you’re worried, definitely have a chat with your midwife.
