Could it be pregnancy

Hi ladies... my period is always on time and always starts with pinky stuff at the start and then goes into full flow within a matter of hours. However... sat night I noticed a really pale pinky discharge and I thought yep aunt flow will be here’s tonight.... then Saturday nothing and then last night pinky thing again and I thought ok now aunt flow Is definitely here but still now no period. Could this be a sign that I’m pregnant? This happened to my friend on both of her pregnancies has this happened to anyone else? I’ll obviously do a test but just curious.

I have endo so having coloured discharge at random times of the month is the norm for me, so can’t offer advice on the discharge but really do hope it’s a pregnancy. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻Good luck xxx
