Does anyone know any potential causes of night sweats?

I have been having them pretty frequently over the past few weeks. Usually accompanied by a vivid dream, often a nightmare. I have just woken up drenched again although my temp is currently normal. However I think I may have had a low grade fever over the past few weeks too (off/on). They are making me feel rubbish. Thought due to coil but swabs normal 🤔

Lots of causes, medication can do if, hormonal imbalance etc. If you're having nightmares it could be the reason too. If you're actually drenched/wetting bed sheets, I'd be giving your gp a call.

I've been waking up covered in sweat some times since I had my daughter... I have no idea why though 🤔 I feel healthy otherwise so I haven't worried about it...
