Acne advice during pregnancy

Hi everyone, I’m almost 11 weeks pregnant and I’ve been having really bad acne breakouts on my jawline, I thought they’d maybe get better but if anything I think they are getting worse. Does anyone have any treatments or products they would recommend?

I appreciate it’s a trivial thing and I’m so grateful to be pregnant it’s just starting to get me down a little as it’s making me really self conscious. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
