Appointments in these corona times

Hello everyone,

Hope u all r doing great and managing during this covid-19 pandemic.

I would like to get any suggestion/advice from you.

So, the hospital has cancelled our midwife appointment which was today and might cancel some more.

I am really worried if they would be able to give us any treatment in these times?

What do u guys think. Feel free to share if you have had a similar experience.

Hey hope you are well! My midwife range last week and cancelled my 31 week appointment for this week and booked me in for 34 weeks. But she did say call with any questions at any time and that they have reduced the appointments to certain gestations to protect mums to be and the midwives.

I started to get some pelvic pain over the weekend so phoned the surgery and asked for a phonecall this week, which hopefully I’ll get! It is worrying times but I think they are only reducing appointments to protect us and you can always call the number on your notes if you have worries , good luck with your pregnancy xx

I was supposed to have an appointment with the consultant today but they cancelled it and he did it over the phone. (Which was not very helpful) but I suppose they are only doing what they feel necessary. It it’s such a pain. Stay safe xx

I had 16 weeks appointment yesterday with a midwife over the phone and it was an absolute waste of time. She was completely useless. She even forgot to tell me about whooping cough vaccine and maternity leave form. I am freaking out to go for my 20 weeks scan as it has to be at the hospital full of Coronavirus patients.
