Please I have a baby a year and eight months now and still notice milk discharge coming out from my breast when I press it, can it prevents me in conceiving? And what do I do?

If your periods have returned it won't stop you conceiving. People can get pregnant even when they are still breastfeeding.

A friend of mine still had milk available years after her kids weaned, if she squeezed her boobs. It takes time but eventually they'll dry up.
