Hi, i’m using the app Flo for my period and ovulation tracker. For this month, my ovulation days was yesterday, Feb 12... My bf and i did it and he came inside. After the intercourse, I used an ovulation tracker and it said that I wasn’t ovulating. Do you think I just used it wrong? because i already had intercourse even before i tested my ovulation? I even used an ovulation calculator and it says i’m suppose to ovulate yesterday. Can i get false ovulation result? Thanks

Trackers might never be a hundred percent accurate on your ovulation days. However sperm lives in your body several days so if you ovulate on the next couple of days there is a change you'll still get pregnant. I used flo and found it quite useful as a rough guide to when I'd ovulate, but also used other signs such as having egg white cervical mucus. I also bought a big batch of ovulation testing sticks from Amazon and used them the whole week that flo said I'd ovulate to try and capture the exact date. My little one is nearly 7 months old 😁 good luck

Flo is a great app though using physical ovulation tests is still advised.

I used the app flo and found it great. I went by my body aswell, have sex a few times around ovulation, as sperm lives upto 5days x
