Hello ladies, we had a 32 week scan today. Baba looks great, but it's in position! I would just be interested to see if anyone else had this and if baby came early?? I haven't even got a birth plan yet I'm hoping he/she stays cosy for a good few weeks yet!! 🙊

My baby was in position for ages but came 10 days late. However you never know x

Exactly the same for me! Head down ready to go for ages and then 10 days late too! X

My son was in position from about 30ish weeks, he was 8 days early (and moved back to back at some point) x

Thank you, the sonographer looked at me like I was stupid to even suggest that he/she might move again, she said it was unlikely!! But obviously not! Seeing the consultant tomorrow so think we will discuss birth plans just to put my mind at rest x

I had two late scans and it was never picked up that he was back to back so I'm assuming he moved, although they did try scanning me during labour but they couldn't tell his poistion as his head was too far down! Good luck with everything, hope the next few weeks go well x

Being in position or even baby being "engaged" means absolutely nothing lol at every appointment my little one has been head down & at 36weeks we are still snug 🤷‍♀️ my first was induced 12days over, second came of his own accord 10days late & I expect this one won't be in any rush either. All in position way before birth x

That's reassuring to know 😃 this is my first and so had a little panic when I came out of the hospital (which doesn't take much with me at the moment lol) Good luck to you 🥰 x

Yeah it's easy to panic. My second was breech until 33 weeks, I was convinced up until that point that he wouldn't move & id end up having a c section lol

I am 37+ weeks and my little one was in position from 32 weeks. Apparently the first babies get into position sooner🙂
