Dizziness, 32 weeks pregnant

Anyone else noticing more dizziness around this time in pregnancy? It’s increased in the last week and I’m a FTM so it’s a little scary for me. I’ve even been so far as to have my heart checked at the ER with an EKG, blood test and urine all came back normal. My iron just got checked two weeks ago. I drink tons of water and am trying to eat more and eat constantly. My BP has been lower so midwife said that could be it, but she is not concerned at all as I’ve had a very healthy pregnancy. Just have very high health anxiety/hypochondriac.

I'm also 32 weeks and yes dizziness is normal. It's my third baby and this is my toughest pregnancy yet especially feeling dizzy. I was told it's basically because you're off balance as your baby is getting bigger and it throws you a little bit and makes you wobbly and dizzy. My baby likes to lay to the right hand side so I'm forever wobbling and going dizzy even when I'm sat down. Hope this helps xx

It's a pain isn't it! But it's good to know sometimes that it's not just you and it is normal and you aren't the only person it's happening to x
